The total of 960.98 m2 built, is divided between the basement, the ground floor, five upper floors and the lower deck:

- Basement Floor: Rubbish room, facilities, warehouse, gym and toilet adapted for the disabled.

- Ground floor: Main entrance, three studios, one of them adapted for disabled, and the common area with reception.

- From 1st to 4th floor, 14 studios, two of them duplex.

- Fifth Floor: Three studios, one of them with a terrace.
